Root to Solar, Power to Heart, Heart to Higher Self - Making connections through specific warm-up exercises and movement explorations that are fun and provocative. We will play with imagery, breath meditations, and visualization. Sacred Path and Medicine cards, Tarot, Flower Essences and more will help facilitate insights in bridging and opening through our centers. We will find our voices in the language of dance.

Graduating from the University of Illinois in Dance Education, Jackie taught modern dance and performance techniques for over 20 years. During her dance career, she choreographed and performed more than 30 dance/theater works while running a dance school and performance center in Chicago. After moving to Santa Fe, Jackie developed her GentleHealing Movement approach and has taught various classes and workshops
since 1989.
