The Total Health Recovery Program (THRP) is a three-week residential holistic substance-abuse treatment program that addresses the three legs of healing and recovery: cellular reconstruction through advanced energy diagnostics, emotional healing and clearing of traumas, and spiritual development. THRP is one of the few soul-based treatment programs in the United States, helping clients with their deepest issues, known and unknown.
THRP addresses addiction on a much deeper, spiritual level than most chemical-dependency and drug rehabilitation programs that mainly focus on treating symptoms.
At THRP, addiction is understood as a spiritual disease, and the highly trained staff brings wisdom and compassion combined with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools to help clients reach a level of soul health that allows for complete physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery.
Every client is guided through a customized treatment plan based on their individual health needs. Using the SCIO diagnostic system, which represents the latest in frequency medicine technology, THRP practitioners are able to accurately understand and address energetic imbalances and misalignments that need correcting.
The Total Health Recover Program addresses:
- All forms of addiction including chemical dependency and abuse, sex addiction, eating disorders, and codependency

THRP provides sacred space in a residential treatment setting where the environment and staff support clients in their healing and recovery. Clients have access to holistic physicians, family counsellors, individual counselling sessions up to four times per week, emotional clearing tools, reintegration techniques, and the best diagnostic and treatments services available today.

The founder and Director of Total Health Recovery Program is Sadhu Singh Khalsa, MSW, LISW who has over 30 years experience in designing and operating holistic residential treatment programs for the mentally ill and substance abusers.
The THRP staff includes:
- Donna Quigley, PT who has over 40 years of physical therapy experience both as a physical therapist and administrator.
- Gary de Rodriguez is an international trainer in Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic programming.
- Har Kaur Khalsa, LMT, one of the top five trainers of Watsu in the world. She is also a gourmet chef.
- Christina Boiano, DC, a network chiropractor
