Yoga

An ancient healthcare system from India, Yoga means 'to bring together'. It combines asanas, controlled breathing, and meditation techniques. Asanas or yogic poses improve flexibility, strength, balance and stamina. Proper breathing helps to fill the body with life force energy or prana, reduces stress, depression and anxiety, and augments mental well-being. Meditation offers spiritual benefits and empties the mind of superfluous thoughts. This helps us attain a relaxed state of the mind and body.
